This HIRING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM consists of the following:

  • First we can act as your representative and handle all correspondence and communication for you concerning the hiring of personnel. We will also work with your "temp" agencies on your behalf!
  • If you place an ad for a position you can use our contact information so that all resumes will be forwarded to us (We can assist with the writing and placing of the ad if desired).
  • As we receive the résumé's each will be reviewed for concerns and compared to the job description.
  • We will prioritize the résumé's that are a close 'fit' for the job description and position requirements and we will contact those candidates to have them begin the selection process.
  • We will introduce ourselves to the candidate as your representative in this "hiring process" and will state that your company would like to get more information on the candidate. We will have the candidate complete an on-line assessment as well as complete other requirements that have been established for this process. We will discuss these requirements with you in advance and include them in the hiring process.
  • Those who meet the appropriate requirements on completing the assessment and returning the requested information on or before the designated timetable will be scheduled for a telephone interview conducted by us.
  • Those who have made it successfully through stage 6 can be asked to take another assessment that will better describe the individual behavior, personality and working characteristics of their specific job.
  • Those candidates who make it to this point will be considered the top prospects for the position and forwarded, along with all assessments, suggested interview questions as well as our notes and thoughts about the candidate, to the appropriate person at your company for scheduling the face to face interview with you and your company's appropriate people. We will be available to discuss our thoughts and feelings with you or your representative concerning the candidates before you schedule the face to face interview.
  • After you have made your hiring selection let us know and we will notify those candidates whom you interviewed but who were not chosen that they did not appear to be the best 'fit' for your company. All documentation of the interviews, assessments etc. will be forwarded to you for your use.
  • Background checks including drug testing can also be provided at an additional fee.

Our program fee (compare this to a headhunter!) is $750.00 for each position (limit 10 "assessed" candidates for each position) included in the hiring process (payable upon acceptance of the assistance) and includes the steps listed above. Assistance with a job description writing of ad, placing of ad, additional assessments and background checks including drug testing, if chosen, will incur additional costs that will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

This program is designed to SAVE you TIME, MONEY and FRUSTRATION while taking the drudgery out of the hiring process. It will also "raise the bar" on the very important function of the hiring process.
